HypnoMothering is a fun, practical class that is designed to teach you techniques specifically targeted to the challenges of motherhood. This class teaches mothers easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited sleep, to keep calm and find balance on challenging days. You will learn techniques to find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that come along with being a mother.

Expectant Moms: This class is created to help prepare women for the gentle transition into motherhood and is designed for pregnant moms. This class is open to all, regardless of whether you choose HypnoBirthing for your childbirth preparation course. This class is 2.5 hours.

Postpartum Moms (with babies under 2 years): This class is taken when your baby is 8 weeks to 20 months and the class is designed to help mothers find balance and energy throughout the early years of motherhood. Teaching you easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to improve quality of rest, mindfulness, and create calm. This class is 1.5 hours.

Hypnosis provides easy to learn techniques to help to quickly relax the mom’s body while creating mindfulness and balance (Rapid Relaxation).
