HypnoMothering is a fun, practical class that is designed to teach you techniques specifically targeted to the challenges in motherhood. This class teaches mothers easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and to find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that come along with being a mother.
Who is HypnoMothering For?
Expectant Moms: This class is created to help prepare women for a gentle transition into motherhood and is designed for pregnant moms. This class is open to all, regardless of whether you chose HypnoBirthing for your childbirth preparation course. This class is 2.5 hours
Postpartum Moms (with babies under 2 years): Taken when your baby is 8 weeks to 20 months, this fun and practical class is designed to help mothers find balance and energy throughout the early years of motherhood. Teaching you easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to improve quality of rest, mindfulness and create calm. This class is 1.5 hours.
How is Self Hypnosis Helpful For Mothers?
Hypnosis provides easy to learn techniques to help quickly relax mom's body while creating mindfulness and balance (Rapid Relaxation). It allows mother's to tap into positive emotions on difficult days by using quick self hypnosis techniques (Positive Emotional Resources). Hypnosis helps your mind and body to make the most of the sleep that you have, even if it is only 10 minutes (Hypnotic Time Distortion for Sleep).
